Agreement to Terms
By using this website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or hiring Mars Auto Detailing ("Mars Auto Detailing", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Mars Auto Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, paint enhancement, vehicle restoration, and related detailing services.
Service descriptions are provided for general information and may be changed at any time.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices listed on our website or provided in advance are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, staining, odors, mud, contamination, biohazards, or additional work required.
Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before additional work proceeds.
Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
Missed appointments, unavailable vehicles, or unsafe work conditions may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
Mobile Service Requirements
Customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible work area suitable for mobile detailing.
Mars Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service where weather, access, water availability, power availability, road conditions, site conditions, or safety concerns prevent work from being completed properly.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
Because we provide mobile services, appointments may be affected by rain, snow, freezing temperatures, high winds, wildfire smoke, road conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Mars Auto Detailing may reschedule appointments when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.
Vehicle Condition and Personal Items
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents, firearms, medications, and sensitive items before service begins.
Mars Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle contains unsafe materials, biohazards, pests, mold, bodily fluids, needles, excessive waste, or any condition that may pose a risk to personnel or equipment.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing scratches, stains, paint defects, worn upholstery, damaged trim, failing clear coat, discoloration, rust, cracked plastics, loose parts, or other conditions that were hidden by dirt, debris, or contamination.
Mars Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, or conditions discovered during or after the detailing process.
Results Disclaimer
Detailing can significantly improve the appearance and condition of a vehicle; however, results are not guaranteed.
Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, contamination, discoloration, or damage may be permanent or only partially improved.
Results may vary depending on vehicle age, condition, materials, prior maintenance, and previous repairs.
Customer Satisfaction
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle once service is complete.
Any concerns must be reported before departure or within 24 hours of service completion.
Mars Auto Detailing will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address any verified service-related concerns.
Photography and Marketing
Mars Auto Detailing may take before, during, and after photos of vehicles for quality control, training, advertising, website content, and social media marketing.
License plates, personal information, and identifying details will not intentionally be displayed. Customers may request in writing that their vehicle not be photographed or used for promotional purposes.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods available at the time of service.
Failure to provide payment may result in collection efforts as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mars Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
